Jammu, Dec 1: At least 10 persons including women got injured when few rounds were fired during a clash that broke out over family dispute in this winter capital of the state.
"Families of Shah Mohammad and Mohammad Yousuf today clashed this evening when heated arguments were exchanged over some personal issue in Bhatindi area on city outskirts here,'' police here said.
They said that few rounds were fired from 12-bore gun by one of the parties following which five persons sustained injuries. "Injured have been hospitalised while five persons have been detained and investigation is in progress,'' police added. |
