Thai cuisine is one of the most popular cuisine of world. As per Chef Naresh Dabraf - Executive Chef of Hotel Asia that "Thai Cuisine" is the perfect blend of Chili hot Spice like Galangle, Birds eye chili sourness of lemon grass, Cafer lime and Tamarind , nutty flavor of Coconut and peanut and delicate Aroma of Basil . The spiciness of Thai cuisine is well known. As with other Asian cuisines, balance, harmony and variety are of great significance to Thai food. Thai food is known for its balance of three to four fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overail meai: sour, sweet, salty, and bitterness.
