Jammu, Mar 17: Ch. Manmohan Singh, Vice Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Medical Supplies Corporation Ltd (JKMSCL) reviewed the supply position of drugs and instruments, disposable/suture items, machinery-equipments and the general functioning of Corporation with Inder Jeet, Managing Director, JKMSCL, Kulbushan Kumar, FA/CAO, JKMSCL, Dr. Mohd. Iqbal, General Manager Kashmir and Vivek Phonsa, General Manager Jammu, JKMSCL. Vice- Chairman directed to speed up the process of tendering for finalization of Rate Contracts and upload the rest of the tenders as per the demand and specifications of concerned HODs. FA/CAO, JKMSCL has assured that the claim is under process for verified supplies and the payment shall be released in due course of time after completion of SPP and regarding the payment of advance drawl will be taken up with the Finance Department so that budget may not get lapse. Vice-Chairman, JKMSCL has instructed the MD, JKMSCL that the evaluation process of disposable & furniture items to be done by the senior officers and maintain the online procedure as per the instructions/guidelines of JKMSCL. Further, the issue of new building of Corporate Office/Drug Ware House at Bemina has also been discussed in the meeting and VC has passed the directions to take up the matter with MD, JKPCC for early completion of building so that the Corporate Office/DWH- Srinagar (Barzulla) may be shifted to the new complex as early as possible. Vice-Chairman, JKMSCL has directed to all the officers to work hard for the improvement of Corporation so that the motive of the Corporation may be achieved and no compromise in any condition with the lives of common people. All the Officers have ensured the Vice Chairman, JKMSCL regarding improvement in the functioning of Corporation and the VC, JKMSCL has acknowledged the improvements in the functioning of Corporation also. |
