Pak stooge Geelani tallest leader: PDP
3/18/2018 1:56:27 PM

Early Times Report
jammu, Mar 17: One of the Senior Minister in the cabinet of present coalition government has termed Pro-Pakistan separatist Syed Ali Geelani a tall leader, sending shock waves across the political spectrum while stocking a major controversy.
Syd Altaf Bukhari, the incumbent Minister of Education who was also accorded the vital portfolio of Finance after Drabu's sacking was responding to the queries posed to him by reporters in the summer capital on Saturday. When asked about his views on the recent statement of Syed Ali Geelani over rejecting any talks with the government of India for peace in the violence infested Kashmir Valley, Bukhari responded by saying: "Geelani sahib is a tall leader. My stature infront of him is too small."
The Pro-Pakistan separatist Syed Ali Geelani has been on front front since decades, instigating masses against the Government of India. He spearheaded the 2016 unrest in which 90 people were killed and thousands were injured during the five month long logjam- considered longest ever unrest in Kashmir's modern history.
The statement made by Bukhari could have the effect of stoking a major controversy in Jammu and Kashmir's political landscape. The video of Bukhari's statement has also gone viral on social media with people reacting to it in different way. "Ahead of terming Geelani as a tallest leader of the state, Bukhari should keep in mind that he is an education minister and his portfolio carries greater significance. Geelani is already trying hard to instigate the students of Kashmir Valley to take law in their own hand. With such statement, the education minister is also absolving Geelani's past blunders," says a netizen on social media while reacting to the news.
This is not the first time that the PDP has praised separatists and tried to project them as Heros of Kashmir.
