Jammu, Mar 17: An EDP for PMEGP beneficiaries training programme sponsored by Khadi & Village Industries Commission Jammu, conducted by SBI Rural Self Employment Training Institute (SBI-RSETI) Jammu concluded.
In this Programme, 26 candidates from different parts of Jammu participated. On this occasion, a small but impressive function was organized in which certificates of participation were distributed by Vakil Dass, Executive Officer KVIB Jammu and Bhupendra Singh, Lead District Officer, SBI, Zonal Office, Jammu.
Vakil addressed the candidates about the benefits of PMEGP Scheme and also encouraged them to create more employment in the district under PMEGP Scheme. Singh also addressed the candidates about digitalization and motivated them to take full benefits of PMEGP Scheme. Many candidates also shared their experience of taking part in the training programme.
Tilak Raj, Director RSETI explained the value of RSETI in the area of self employment. He also maintained that many skill training programmes like Beauty Parlor Management, Women's Tailor, Elect. Motor Rewinding & Repair Services, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and many other programs are being run at SBI RSETI Jammu which is totally free of cost with free boarding & lodging facilities. Successful candidates are also being awarded a certificate of participation. He thanked all the candidates to take part in the programme. |
