| PDTU urges Fin Min to release wages of daily wagers before Eid | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 7: People's Democratic Trade Union (PDTU) has urged the Finance Minister Altaf Bukhari to release the wages of all daily wagers which is pending before Eid festival so that they too can celebrate the festival with gaiety and fervour.
In a press statement, Jasmeet Singh Madaan, District President of Union said that that PDP-BJP coalition has rekindled the hope of regularisation and in this regard many meetings were held and SRO too issued but still the wait and watch is continuing.
Jasmeet urged Chief Minister too to issue the first list of regularisation in this holy month of Ramadan so that the promises start percolating reaching to the grass root level daily wagers who have pinned high hopes on the present regime. |
