Jammu, June 26: Appointment Committee of Cabinet appointed Ex-Registrar General of J&K High Court RS Jain as Judicial Member of Central Administrative Tribunal.
The ACC recently cleared the appointment of 27 members in various benches of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Of 27 members 15 were appointed as Administrative Members and 12 as Judicial Members, which included the name of Rakesh Sagar Jain Ex-Registrar General of J&K High Court as Judicial Member Central Administrative Tribunal.
RS Jain appointed as Munsiff in the year 1987 and promoted as Sub Judge and served as CJM Leh (Ladakh), CJM- Jammu, Deputy Registrar- Judicial at High court of J&K at Jammu. Later was promoted as District Judge and served as District Judge- Rajouri, Reasi, Ramban, Samba, Presiding Officer TADA/POTA- Jammu, Addl Sessions & 1st Addl Sessions Jammu, Registrar Judicial, JKHC at Jammu, Pr District & Sessions Judge Jammu, Pr District &Sessions Judge- Udhampur, Registrar Vigilance- JKHC at both wings, Jammu & Srinagar, and later Retired as Registrar General of J&K High Court. |
