SRINAGAR, June 26: Two youths from south Kashmir's Anantnag and Shopian districts announced on social media their joining of militant ranks.
Zeenat-Ul-Islam son of Mohd Isaq Naikoo, hailing from Memender area of Shopian, has reportedly joined Jaish-e-Mohd Militant out-fit. His picture with AK-47 and Pistol has gone viral on social media. He has been identified as Zeenat-Ul-Islam under code name "Gazi Baba".
Another youth, Junaid Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Ahmad Bhat hailing from Hangul Gund area Kokernag in (Islamabad) Anantnag district, has reportedly joined Hizb-Ul-Mujahideen Militant out-fit.
His picture with AK-47 has gone viral on social media. He has been identified as under code name "Abrar Bahi".
Police sources said that they are ascertaining the authenticity of the picture which has gone viral. |
