Pro Hindu BJP leaders have no time to attend function to mark beginning of Amarnath Yatra | | | Early Times Report Jammu, June 27: The self styled pro Hindu BJP leaders today could not spare time from their busy schedule to attend function to flag off first batch of this year's annual Shri Amarnath Yatra. Except MLC Vikram Randhawa, who came on his own, no other BJP leader spared time to attend the important function. Shockingly majority of the BJP legislators were in Jammu but it appears that for them flagging off first batch of Yatra is wastage of time. Secondly after enjoying power for more than three years they have become so arrogant that they will go only in those functions where they will be invited as chief guests. Credible sources said on Tuesday some party leaders suggested that party legislators should be there during flagging of first batch but senior leaders rejected the suggestions. Interestingly National Conference MLA Devender Singh Rana made it a point to attend the function but the self-styled pro Hindu BJP leaders skipped the function. |
