Delegation of JKPMA calls on CC CGST Chandigarh Zone

Jammu, July 5: An interactive session was organized today by JK Pharmaceutical Manufacturer's Association in honour of Manoranjan Kour Virk, Chief Commissioner, CGST, Chandigarh Zone in presence of Gyan Sarvar, Commissioner, CGST, Jammu & other officials of department.
While welcoming the Chief Commissioner, Satish Kaul, President, JK Pharmaceutical Manufacturer's Association appreciated the efforts of departments to solve the problems being faced by the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Units during the transition period while migration to GST system. During the interactive session, Association members highlighted the problems being faced by Pharmaceutical Units situated in our State in respect of Budgetary Support under IGST, Inspections of Eligible Units for the Re-imbursement under Notification Number F. No. 10(I)/2017-DBA-II/NER dated 05-10-2017. In order to help the manufacturing sector for supporting the cash flow requirement there is need for self credit mechanism as was available in the pre GST Era was highlighted to be taken with concerned authorities along with quick budgetary support & mechanism for Inspections of Eligible Units for the Re-imbursement under Notification Number F. No. 10(I)/2017-DBA-II/NER dated 05-10-2017. Manoranjan Kour Virk, Chief Commissioner, CGST, Chandigarh Zone gave a patient hearing to the issues highlighted by the President & assured them to resolve their issues on priority basis.
