Srinagar, July 5: A constable of Jammu and Kashmir Police has been kidnapped by militants late Thursday.
Constable Javaid Ahmad Dar, a resident of Vehil Shopain, was kidnapped by militants while he was inside a local medical shop. As per reports, four Hizbul militants took him along to an unknown destination.
He was a Personal Security Officer (PSO) of former SSP Shopian Shailendra Kumar. Militants came and left in a Santro car. After rifleman Aurangzeb, this is the second abduction case by terrorists in Shopian area of South Kashmir. |
