Jammu, Aug 1: A Chinese proverb very aptly states, teach me and I will forget, show me and I might remember. Involve me and I will never forget. Knowledge of a child is enhanced with the help of co-curricular activities. Understanding the importance of CCA MV International School organized various co-curricular activities. Inter Section Clay Molding Competition was organized for students of class 1st and 2nd.Class wise winners were First Position Haniya Gupta (1C), Ojash (2B), Second Position Manvi Choudhary (1A), Jeevika (1B), Ashima Sambyal (2A), Third Position: Rishita Choudhary (1A), Lakshita (2A), Jigar (2B). Inter House Hindi Debate Competition was held for students of classes 3rd to 5th.Topic for the debate was "Kya School Main Junk Food Par Pabandhi Laga Denichahiye Ya Nahi" in which students participated with enthusiasm. The Invincible House bagged first position with participants Ridhima Sambyal (5A), Ayana Dabgotra (5A), Madhvan Sambyal (5A). Second position was won by Sharadha Sharma (3B), Anshita Sharma (5C), Gunjan Dutta(5C) of The Supremes House. The Victors House stood third with participants as follows: Rudrakshi (4A), Kritagya Singh (4C), Pihu Slathia (3C). Inter House Declamation Competition was organized for classes 9th to 12th. The goal of declamation is to convey a message with clarity,emotion and persuasiveness .Keeping this in view the competition was held wherein two participants representing each house delivered a speech. |
