Jammu, Aug 1: Salal Power Station achieved the highest ever monthly generation since commissioning of the Project by generating 519.8 MUs of Power surpassing the earlier record of 501.6 MU during the month of August, 2003. Himanshu Shekhar, General Manager, Salal Power Station once again gave credit to employees of Salal Power Station for the said achievements. He said that this is the dedication of employees towards work which has yielded desired results as each and every employee of Power Station has contributed directly or indirectly by performing the tasks assigned to them. However, Shekhar made a special mention of Power House and Dam Teams for their outstanding contributions for the record generation. |
