No doubt whatsoever because the Governor is not elected but "selected" by the incumbent central government. Under this circumstance to expect a Governor to be apolitical hardly holds good. Governors rule under Mr Jagmohan Malhotra in his first tenure which lasted 246 days . State witnessed the best , he could not repeat his performance in his second because it tenure lasted only a few months ..In normal times best Governors has been Lt Gen S.K.Shina, Sh Braj Kumar Nehru and Sh Lakhshmi Kant Jha in order of deliverance.
