| Police-public meet held at Mendhar | | |  Early Times Report
Mendhar, Sept 16: To strengthen the police public relations and to bring people nearer to the police for better output in prevention, detection of crime and to solve the problems of general public, a police public meeting was organized today.
In the meeting a large number of respectable persons of the area including Satish Sharma President Hindu Santhan Dhram ex Sarpanch Davinder Kumar Tandon Mohd azam Fani Retd. Naib Tehasildar Habib ulla Khan Lambadar Kafeel Khan Vikas Sawhney Gulzar Dar Kissan Mazdoor Union President Majid Khan Boby and others participated.
Various public issues and problems raised by the participants were discussed in the meeting pertaining to different departments. The grievances of all the participants were heard patiently and they were assured that their genuine demands will be communicated to the concerned senior officers for redressal.
The officer expressed his gratitude in maintaining communal harmony by the people of Mendhar area and made an appeal that keep it up in future also. |
