Jammu, Feb 13: Hostel boarders of Government MAM College organized a five days cricket tournament in the college campus under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Karan Singh Bhau , Hostel Warden .
Prof Dr. P.K. Sharma, Principal of the College inaugurated the tournament in the presence of chief guest, SDPO Sumiya Wani, Gandhi Nagar. Vishal Sharma, IT In charge J&K state was the guest of honor at the occasion. A total of four teams are participating in the tournament. Susheel Sharma, Salman Bhat, Shubham Rana and Amit Sharma are the teams captain sem II, sem IV, sem VI and PG students.
Speaking on the occasion Prof.Karan Singh Bhau motivated the players to play the game with sportsmanship. The chief guest stressed that sports activities is a part and parcel of academics which keeps the mind healthy and sound. Staff members present on the occasion were Prof. Twinkle Suri, DSW cluster University of Jammu, Dr. Subash Chander Sharma, Vice Principal of the college, Dr. Ramesh Chander Gupta, Dr. Anil Kumar Ganjoo, Dr. Heera Saini, Dr. Munir Hussain, Dr. Joginder Singh, Dr. Muzammil Hussain, Dr. Banpreet Kour, Dr. Rakesh Kumar Koul (Convener IQAC), Prof. P.S.
