| Four persons taken into preventive custody | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 13: Police has taken four persons into preventive custody following their involvement in some unlawful activities.
Police spokesman said that Tahir Shah resident of Danni Dhar Rajouri, Nikhil Chandan resident of Dhanni Dhar Rajouri, Mohammad Amir resident of ward no 2 Rajouri and Javed Bhat resident of ward no 8 Rajouri have been taken into preventive custody following their involvement in some unlawful activities.
Spokesman further said that they have been detained under sections 107/151/110 CrPC after they were produced before Executive Magistrate 1st class who ordered their detention in district jail and the order was implemented by a team of police headed by SHO Rajouri Ajaz Haider. |
