Jammu, Feb 13: A team of Social Workers Ratna Singh, Malika Singh and Tanvir Singh from Delhi visited in Sunrise Public School a unit of Sunrise Educational Trust Channi Himmat Jammu today. Rajesh Sharma Founder Trustee explained about the school and said we started Sunrise Public School in 2012, at House number 25, Channi Himmat behind Hotel Ritz Manor. We provided free education, free uniforms, free note books, free books, free medical support, dance, music to the weaker section of society without any caste and creed since 2012. Manpreet Kour Founder Trustee said we are starting Sunrise Senior Citizen Home shortly and we have approached J&K Government for allotment of land. Also we are planning to go from nursery to class 12th, and we will provide logging boarding. Further students will go for professional courses after 12th. Madam Ratna Singh and Malika Singh appreciated the teachers and management of the school and said we always keep on visiting such type of schools. Team visiting the school were very impressed to see the cleanliness of the school. Visiting team assured the management of the school for whatever help they want in all means. |
