Jammu, July 13: Manvadikar National Party (MNP) today observed black day by wearing black badges as a mark of protest. A two minute silence prayer was also held to pay homage to the Kashmiri Pandits who laid their lives and made sacrifices for their principle and nationhood. After the silence prayer was over Sanjay Dhar Party President of the state spoke to the party workers about the dimensions of the first organised genocide in 1931 against Kashmiri Pandits by Muslim Fundamentalists of Kashmir. He also stressed upon all to remain vigilant and get united to fight against Injustice and the fundamental rights which were snatched from us. Other dignitaries who spoke on the occasion were M. L. Bhat, K. L. Raina, Vinod Raina,Ashok Koul, Daizy Dhar ,Rakesh Kachroo and Ayush. |
