| YCET conducts quiz competition | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 28: Steel Club of Civil Engineering Department of Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology organized a Quiz Competition on the theme: "Ek Kadam Swachta Ki Aur".
The aim of the event was to stimulate intellectual curiosity among the students about Environment and its Conservation. 6 teams comprising of two students each participated in the event. The event provided an opportunity to the budding engineers to showcase their razor sharp intellect and general awareness.
The judges encouraged the studentsto take active part in such kind of activities comprised of Er Rajnish Magotra (Co-coordinator students Affairs) and Er Dinesh Gupta (Co-coordinator Planning and development).
There were three rounds of questions and the last round being the fast & Furious was the rapid buzzer round. The first position was bagged by Retik Manhas and Faizan Malik.
Prof (Dr) AK Shrivastav, Director, YCET, encouraged the students to participate wholeheartedly in such events and keep themselves abreast of the latest developments happening around us and also appreciate the efforts of Club Co-ordinator and students. |
