| Doon International School bags 2nd prize in group song competition organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 27: Doon International School Jammu won the 2nd prize in 44th All India National Group Song Competition held at Cooperative School,Trikuta Nagar Jammu organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad. Around ten reputed schools of Jammu participated in this annual competition that celebrates 'Unity in diversity' which is the essential feature of our nation. The competition consisted of the sensational traditional singing both in Hindi as well as Sanskrit. In this excessively tough competition, the students of DIS received tremendous applause from the judges and the audience. Chairman Mr G.N.Tantray and Principal Dr Vikesh Kaur congratulated the students and the music department for this splendid achievement. |
