Jammu, Oct 28: Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Chander Mohan Gupta today listened the grievances of committee members of Shaheed AmarNath Samarak Park.
Surinder Bhagat and other committee members of the said park put forth their demands in terms of proper modification, up-gradation, as well as improvement of the park with modern facilities.
Arun Gupta, XEN JMC, Daleep kumar, JE JMC and other field staff were also present during the visit.
Mayor assured the committee members that this park will be developed and maintained by the JMC in a proper way and directed the engineering wing to speed up the development of his park on war footing and also appeal to the general public not to throw garbage, polythene etc in the park and avoid using of single use of plastic, polythene etc in their daily use and cooperate with JMC in making Jammu city neat, clean and green. |
