Pakistan is just 250 meter of areal distance from village Kalal. When Early Times correspondent, talked to ambulance driver Chama Lal, deputed in dispensary said that in case of any emergency, he gives first aid and then take the patient to the PHC Seri. “PHE Seri is around 12-13 kilometers of distance from village Kalal and in case of any serious injuries to many due to shelling by Pakistan, which remain continue for 2-3 hours then it becomes impossible to take care of injured at a time,” the said local and Sarpanch Ramesh Choudhary. They further said that the tyres of ambulance are so old that they need to be changed and in such condition the ambulance can’t reach to the PHC Seri. Block Medical Officer (BMO) Nowshera Dr Satpal, when contacted in this regard, he replied very rudely and said that they are busy in COVID-19 and all employees have been deputed for it and he can’t do anything right now and asked the correspondent to talk to Administration. Even the locals residents also complained that the behavior of BMO is very bad towards the people who go visit him.
