Old man reunited with his family after 13 years 6/12/2020 12:36:55 AM Early Times Report Jammu, June 11: A mentally unstable beggar used to wander in Pallanwala area for the last few days. Seeing this the locals of the area raised an objection on his presence in their neighbourhood.On getting this information,the Police tried to establish his whereabouts. On questioning, it came to fore that he does not know Hindi and seemed to be a South Indian. With the help of BSF personnel present on the spot, he was identified as Keerthi Mallaiay 65 year S/O Baigie R/O Vill. Naguralpally District Warangla Pin Code 506132 PS Nargarpata State Telangana. After strenuous efforts, contact was established with his family members at Telangana. His son Keerthi Yakaiah was contacted and informed about his father. He told that his father is missing from home since last 13 years and he was mentally retarded. After 13 years his family members came to know about him. They came to Jammu by train.
