JAMMU, Feb 14: ‘Manodarpan’- an initiative of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt of India held at Government Degree College (GDC) Marh.
Dr Ashwani Jojra, Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer, Marh, acted as motivational speaker while addressing as a main resource person during the programme.
Career counseling on new techniques, schemes and opportunities in agriculture was imparted during the programme.
An oath written by Dr Ashwani Jojra, to make "Atamnirbhar Bharat" was also administered to the participants.
Raj Kumar Sharma, a social activist, Dr Vikram Katryal, AEO Marh and Dr Bhumika Bandral AEA Mandal gave a detailed information to the students regarding career opportunities in agriculture.
Prof Aekta Gupta, Principal Govt Degree College Marh, Amit Kumar Gupta, AEA Karloop and Funishwar Prasad Sharma, AEA Dhatrayal were also present.
The programme concluded with interactive session. Prof Ram Dayal conducted proceedings of the programme where as Prof Asha presented vote of thanks.
