Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 22: Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu and Kashmir State Head Information Technology (IT) Department, Advocate Ishant Gupta along with Councillor Ward No 50 Channi Himmat, Neena Gupta and District Secretary BJP Jammu Pushpinder Singh Charak urged people to be a part of BJP's ongoing "Micro-Donation Campaign" launched on the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in December 2021, seeking to raise funds through small contributions from its members, sympathizers and others. Donors can choose from the contribution options of Rs 5, Rs 50, Rs 100, Rs 500 or Rs 1,000. Poonam Gupta, Ward President Pawan Dhunna, Ashok Gupta, Nishant Sharma, Sushila Gupta, and other prominent citizens were also present. Advocate Ishant Gupta, during a meeting at Ward No 50 Channi Himmat appraised the party karyakartas to be a part of "Micro-Donation Campaign" and said that several BJP leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President JP Nadda, BJP J&K President Ravinder Raina, had already made donations and also urged others to contribute. Neena Gupta said that we all must have to participate in "Micro-Donation campaign" and as suggested by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we have to take this campaign as a competition among booths to see which one can collect donations from the maximum number of people and added the aim is not to collect money but to connect with people. |
