Jammu, Aug 12: Taking a serious note of the disobedience of its directions by SP (south), Jammu, the State Vigilance Commission, which met under the chairmanship of chief vigilance commissioner here today, issued him a notice, directing him to show cause as to why action under relevant provisions of J&K Vigilance Commission Act may not be initiated against him.
The SP was directed to appear before the commission in Srinagar in person along with the explanation and requisite report as already asked for.
The DIG and SSP, Jammu, were asked to ensure the personal appearance of the SP along with the present status report of case FIR No 100/2012 on next date of hearing, ie August 17, 2016. |
