Labourer dies in road mishap 1/28/2015 10:42:20 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 28: A 44 year-old labourer was crushed to death by an unidentified vehicle at Flata falling under the jurisdiction of Rehmbal police station. Police sources said that the deceased has been identified as Ashok Kumar s/o Basant Ram of Garhi Udhampur. The ill fated person was walking along the road side, sources said adding, "and an unknown vehicle hit him near Flata resulting severe injuries to him." "The injured was rushed top nearby hospital from where he was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu after preliminary medicare treatment but he succumbed to his fatal injuries on the way to Jammu, sources said. After completing legal formalities, the police handed over the body to family members for last rites.
