BJP indulging in horse trading, using IPS officers: Azad 2/6/2015 11:25:06 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 6: The Congress-National Conference candidate for the Rajya Sabha polls Ghula Nabi Azad today alleged that Bharatiya Janata Party is indulging in horse trading and pressing administrative machinery in service to fetch votes for BJP. In a statement here Azad alleged: " A section of top officials of the state, especially senior IPS officers are being used to garner support for the BJP candidates in the forthcoming Rajya Sabha elections. It is unprecedented and dangerous for the normal functioning of the democratic process in the State."
