Vigilance books Tehsildar, then Tehsildar for wrong mutation of land 2/13/2015 11:32:55 PM Jammu, Feb 13 (JNF): Acting on the direction of Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu, today Vigilance Organization Jammu registered a case FIR No.8/2015 at P/S VOJ against the then Patwari, Khanpur Nagrota, Jammu (now Tehsildar) Shallo Ram and Shanti Saroop Gupta the then Tehsildar, Jammu (now retired) for alleged f attesting that mutation without obtaining permission from the competent authority. During the course of Verification it has been revealed that the FARDs for first sale deed in respect of the land have been prepared by Shallo Ram and the same have been attested by Shanti Saroop then Tehsildar Jammu without obtaining permission from the competent authority. that mutation No 654 and 655 in respect of 03 kanals, 02 kanals & 07 marlas of land sold by Om Parkash to Nek Ram Magotra and Rakesh Magotra respectively have been wrongly attested on the basis of sale deeds which have been executed on the basis of illegal Fards, contrary to section 28 (b) Agrarian Reforms Act, which have been prepared by the then Patwari Khanpur Nagrota (now Tehsildar) and attested by the then Tehsildar, Jammu (now retired). Accordingly a case u/s 5(1) (d) r/w 5(2) of J&K PC Act 2006 and Section 120-B RPC has been registered and further investigation taken up and investigation entrusted to Inspector Inderrjeet Singh. In a complaint filed by one Ram Rattan who alleged in the complaint that he had purchase land measuring 2 Kanal and 7 Marla in Khanpur Nagrotra from Rakesh Magotra and he further alleged the revenue officials while issuing Fard Intikhab in respect of land in question at the time of dale on two occasions repeatedly concealed the fact that land in question had been acquired by the Om ParkaUnder the provisions of section 4 & 8 of Agrarian Reform Act and further submitted by the applicant that the land having come into my possession and now being threatened dispossession by the successors of Om Pakash.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
