BJP overlooks promise made in LS elections: Rehman | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 9: Samajwadi Party's state President Sheikh Abdul Rehman today said that the BJP instead fulfilling the promises made during Lok-Sabha elections is propagating communal hate in country. According to press release, addressing the meeting Rehman said that BJP framing policies and running the affairs of country from Nagpur. "Saying good bye to all promises made during parliamentary elections by the BJP, all sisters organizations are busy in propagating-hate communal and emotive policies and slogans like love Jehad, Four and more children and Ghar Wapsi which over all vitiated the atmosphere in the country", he said. He further said that during assembly as well as well as Parliamentary elections Narendra Modi has promised bringing back of black money from abroad and the same being deposited in the bank accounts of each person upto 15 lakh rupees but nothing happened on the ground even after nine months of the Government. Referring to the political scenario in the State, Rehman said that riding on the so-called Modi Wave, the BJP in the state added to its tally from half a dozen to more than two dozen seats, an all-time high number, but the opportunistic unholy alliance with the PDP in formation of the Government has spoiled the whole broth, he said and added that every citizen in Jammu division feels deceived and betrayed by the BJP as it has made a complete U-turn from its core issues for the sake of power. |
