JAMMU, Mar 9: Soldiers of Tiger Division today paid tributes to remember War Heroes of First World War. On the occasion of Centenary commemoration of victory in World War-I fought during 1909-1915, Major General Dushyant Singh, General Officer Commanding of Tiger Division laid the floral wreath at Tiger War Memorial in Satwari Cantonment. When the 'Last Post' on bugles was sounded by buglers, the ceremony revived proud memories of the supreme sacrifice of gallant soldiers, who valiantly fought. Addressing the soldiers on the occasion, Major General Dushyant Singh expressed immense gratitude to those War Heroes who made supreme sacrifice during World War-I. |
