Historic Baisakhi Mela at Billawar from 13th April to 15th April 4/4/2015 10:37:54 PM Early Times Report KATHUA, Apr 4 : To finalize the arrangements for organizing the historic Baisakhi Mela ,Tehsildar Billawar Dr Manmeet Kumar convened a meeting of Tehsil level officers of various departments here today. Tehsildar Billawar while addressing the officer said that Baisakhi Mela will be organized from 13th April to 15th April 2015 at Naaj ground Billawar.
