Sahai holds interaction with cops 4/4/2015 10:38:54 PM Jammu, Apr 4 : ADGP Armed S.M. Sahai held an interaction session of Kashmir based officers of Armed/IRP Battalions at Go's mess here at Humhama today. The meeting was attended by IGP Armed Sunil Kumar, DIG Armed Mohd. Mushtaq Sadiq- and all the Kashmir based Commandants/Dy. Commandants /Quarter Masters and Company Commanders of AP/IRP units. The discussions revolved round the prospect challenges like community policing, Law & Order , natural calamities and other in house issues. Human Resource Management and leadership in JKAP/IRP remained the central point. The day long discussion session was concluded with the general/specific advisory of Worthy ADGP who insisted mostly on innovative methods and people friendly policing. welfare of police personnel actively came under discussion. S.M Sahai laid stress on change in traditional concepts without loosing their importance and finding new methods. Newly inducted gazetted officers were advised to be prompt and effective in officer-jawan relations and proper management at the gross route level. On this occasion pepping-in ceremony of Sh.
