Mehbooba likely to replace Najma Heptulla in Modi cabinet 4/4/2015 10:48:54 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Apr 4: After forging an alliance in J&K, Peoples Democratic Party led by Mufti Muhammad Sayeed is all set to be partners of Narendra Modi's government in New Delhi, reports suggest. Sources privy to development told Kashmir Life that Prime Minister Modi will include PDP president and MP Mehbooba Mufti in upcoming cabinet expansion. The sources suggest that Mehbooba most likely will replace Minority Affairs Minister Najma Heptulla in Modi's second reshuffle since he assumed office in May 2014.
