Early Times Report

Jammu, Apr 12: Lashing at separatists, Hurriyat and Independent MLA Engineer for return of community to the proposed township in Kashmir and U-turn of Chief Minister Mufti Sayeed, displaced Kashmiri Pandits (KPs) today held protests and burnt their effigies.
Led by the All Displaced Migrant welfare Committee President T N Koul, over 200 KPs today marched in Muthi camp in outskirts of Jammu city and held anti-separatists,Hurriyat, Engineer Rasheed and anti Chief Minister's protests.
Raising anti-separatists and Rasheed slogans, protests burnt their effigies for opposing return of KPs to Valley.
Hitting out at them, the protesters alleged that these separatists and Hurriyat are same bunch of pro-Pakistan people in Kashmir who forced KPs out of Valley by triggering militancy in Kashmir and now they are opposing their return.
"Hurriyat, Separatists and Militants forced KPs out of the valley by killing innocent KPs, creating fear psychosis among them by triggering militancy in valley. They converted Kashmir into Islamic state from secular state.
Now they are standing like a rock against our return to Kashmir. They are exposed in the word for being communal", Koul told reporters here today.
Not only this, Chief Minister Mufti Sayeed also succumbed to their pressure and took a U-turn on the townships for KPs settlement in Kashmir, he said adding that mainstream political parties like NC and PDP are no different for separatists in opposing the KPs return to clusters.
"See separate colonies have been created for Dal lake dwellers in Srinagar. Separate habitations of Muslims have come up in Jammu like Bhatindi, Sidhra etc", he said. Hitting out at Rasheed for his remarks that KPs should tender apology for leaving Kashmir, he said that he is symbol of sick mentality and such people should be put behind the bars.
