Jammu, Apr 12: In the ongoing KC Sports club cricket tournament, sponsored by KC Sports Club Jammu, the first match played between Guru Nanak Cricket Club and Singh Cricket Club in which Guru Nanak Cricket Club won by 1 run.
Batting first, Guru Nanak Cricket Club scored 188 runs in 20 overs wherein Sunny who scored 71 runs was the top batsman and Balbir Singh contributed 58 runs to the total. From the bowling side, Sham took 2 wickets.
In reply, Singh Cricket Club was not able to chase the target in stipulated overs and lost the match. Chandan emerged out as top batsman who scored 42 runs and Amit contributed 20 runs. Sunny was declared man of the match.
Second match was played between OCC and MGCA, in which OCC won by 21 runs.
Batting first, OCC scored 156 runs in 20 overs. Top batsman was Aakash who scored 44 runs while Bunty also contributed 13 runs. From the bowling side, Kunal took 3 wickets and Sahil took 2 wickets.
In reply, MGCA was not able to chase the target and lost the match. Top batsman was Nitesh who scored 50 runs and Abhishek contributed 28 runs. Vicky was declared as man of the match.
The Matches were officiated by Rajinder Singh, Sadik, and Suresh.
