Dr Shahid takes over as DC Udhampur 5/23/2015 12:41:02 AM Sarita Jamwal Early Times Report Udhampur, May 22: Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary joined office and takes over charge as new Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, here today. He assumed charge from his predecessor Yasha Mudgal. Outgoing Deputy Commissioner, Yasha Mudgal was later given a warm send-off in DC office complex. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Shahid assured to take forward the good work done by his predecessor and he also interacted with the officers and staff of the Revenue and Planning department. He also extended best wishes to Mudgal for her new assignment as Director School Education, Jammu. Choudhary, a 2009 batch IAS officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre, was awarded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a function at New Delhi in April this year .
