J-K board 10th class result: Jammu girls outshine boys | | | Early Times Report Jammu, May 25: Girls have outshone the boys in the class 10th results of Jammu division declared today. The Jammu and Kashmir state board of school education, Jammu, declared the results of the secondary school examination for annual session of 2015. The examination for class 10th was held in the month of March this year. A total of 51,442 students have been declared passed taking the pass percentage to 62.27. The first position has been secured by Pratiksha of BVM High School Ramnagar by securing 98.40 per cent marks, whereas the second position has been jointly secured by Kiranpreet Kour of Caramel Convent High School Kunjwani, Nitin Pandita of SL MEM Model HS School Anand Nagar and Avantika Jamwal of Little Flower convent High School Udhampur. The third position has been secured by Deepanshu Sharma of St Mary Convent School Smailpur. Mirwaiz has even undertaken construction of houses for the most needy. The rehabilitation work by Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil still continue for the flood victims, he added. |
