Jammu, May 31: Youth wing of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today organised a function to felicitate Vikramaditya Singh after his nomination as Member of the Legislative Council (MLC). General secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Daman Bhasin and other senior leaders also participated in the function. Speaking on the occasion Vikrmaditya Singh exhorted the party workers to spread message of the party in every nook and corner of the party.
