| Karan Sat Sharma kick starts developmental works in Ward No 27 | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 31: To address the long pending demand of the residents of Christian Colony area of Baskhi Nagar Ward Number 27, State Vice President BJYM(Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha) Karan Sat Sharma kick started developmental works in the area. Accompanied by dozens of local residents, JMC officials, political and social activists of the area, Sharma started the works in the presence of scores of people.
The work for Black Topping of lane in the area will be constructed under the supervision of JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation) at an estimated cost of around Rupees 4.50 lakhs.
Addressing the gathering, Karan Sat Sharma said that earlier the condition of lane in the area was worsening and it was a long pending demand which has been addressed by the JMC and it is a laudable effort of the department and Commissioner Soujanya Sharma which is looking into the grievances of the public seriously.
He directed to the Contractor as well to ensure the quality of the works and every work should be of high standard so that the public might not face problems in the future.
The residents of the area also thanked the youth leader and the Corporation for completing their long pending demand and said that the new government is seriously looking into the problems of the people and also are solving them in a limited period of time.
BJP Mandal President Talab Tillo Ayodhya Gupta, BJP District Jammu West Cashier Prem Kumar Gupta, Tripta Jamwal, Sanjay Sawhney, Hardev Singh, Raman Gupta, Rajinder Sharma, Mantoo Contractor, Manik, Rohit and others were also present on the occasion. |
