MLA Mendhar criticizes BJP-PDP coalition Govt for dividing state 6/4/2015 11:16:22 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 4: MLA Mendhar Javed Ahmed Rana alleged that BJP, PDP are trying to divide the state on religious basis earlier BJP also worked on the trifurcation and RSS had constituted a party in the name of "Jammu State Morcha" under the hidden agenda. Addressing the media persons, he said that its main aim or objective was to work on trifurcation, but the people of Jammu did not recognized their programme and policies as a result, only one candidate was won the election in 2002, under Jammu State Morcha banner. He was expressed concern over this issue, that minorities are not feeling safe under the present regime in the state as well as in the centre. Now the state govt has started the work on the agenda, and start dislodging the minorties from their places where they have settled from the centuries. "Roshni Act was made by the provious govt under the claim of Dr Farooq Abdullah, as Chief Minister but the benefit was given to land mafia and under the scheme the particular communities who have the right and legally fit for the scheme were deliberately ignored but the successive government, " he claimed. He further said BJP-PDP want to revise 1947 like situation in the region which I will not allow to take place at any cost.
