Educational institutions to remain closed today 6/5/2015 12:03:56 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, June 4: Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Dr Pawan Kotwal has ordered closure of all educational institutions including schools and colleges in districts Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Rajouri and Poonch.
