| Duggar Manch releases two books | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, June 17: Duggar Manch organised two books released 'Bicheren Da Behi Khata' which is the collection of essays and 'Sochen Diaan Korjaan' a collection of poems.
A function was organized under the supervision of renowned writer Ohian Singh at KL Sehgal Hall in the precinct of J&K Academy of Art Culture And Language, Jammu.
Nar Singh was the chief guest and Neeru Sharma was the Guest of honour. Jamwal highlighted the contribution of Dhian Singh in Dogri literature and said he is endeavouring hard in enriching it despite age constraints. These books touch the strings of our richness of language and the vocabulary gives insight of different shades how the words portray the situation. Words used in the books are very original, rare and slowly and steadily are depleting from contemporary literature being written today.
Prakash Premi presided over the function and Mohan Singh delivered lecture on the contribution of Dhian Singh in literary field and assured that his organisation will continue conducting such programmes in future.
Dr. Rattan Basotra and Dr. Sunita Bhadwal presented papers on the books elaborating the various aspects touched by the authors of changing society and its comparative analysis. |
