Tehsildar Kishtwar conducts visit of Palmar

KISHTWAR, June 17: In a surprise move , Tehsildar Kishtwar Phulail Singh today visited far flung Palmar area of Kishtwar District and found several teachers absent from their duties, beside the Anganwari centers non functional.
As per the details available with "Early Times", the Tehsildar Kishtwar held public grievances camp at Bhatta Palmar and paid surprise visit to various government institutions on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Mohammad Javed Khan and found several teachers absent from their duties.
During his visit to Middle School Kulna, Tehsildar Kishtwar found Ajaz Ahmed Kripak (ReT Teacher), Dinesh Singh Sambyal (Master), Mudasir Rashid, Sonu Kumar and Rajan Parihar all absent. Middle school Kulna caters to 100 percent Schedule Tribe (Gujjar) population.
At Middle School Patimhaal Viveka Lekha (ReT) and Sunita Kumari (Master) found unauthorized absent from duty since last 5 days.
All the absentee education department employees have been recommended for suspension to Director School Education Jammu through DC Kishtwar. Tehsildar Kishtwar on the sideline of public grievances camp prepared LB 10 of HSS Palmar for 15 kanals and 2 Marlas land and done the demarcation on spot, besides ration cards and other public related issues were also discussed and necessary instructions were given to the concerned for their speedy disposal. Shifting of Health center Razna which is presently working in a private accommodation to the newly constructed building which was constructed nearly one year ago.
Meanwhile, on the bases of a complaint of some locals, Tehsildar Kishtwar along with revenue staff and locals visited Middle School Kulna and found only 1 teacher present out of total 6 teachers posted in the school. A nearby Anganwari centre was also inspected where worker was also absent and as per locals, the said lady employee has not attended her duties this year so far. While coming to the road side areas, Tehsildar Kishtwar also visited High School Pathimhala and also take the notice of food ration Depot at Badran.
