Jammu, June 28: Jammu and Kashmir Teachers' Forum has hailed the process of rationalization and amalgamation in education department started by government. According to press release, a one day session of executive council of J&K Teachers' Forum was convened under the chair of President Employees Joint Action Committee & Chairman Jammu & Kashmir Teachers Forum Abdul Qayoom Wani. The session discussed the new steps taken by the department & problems being faced by the teachers. The session hailed the decision taken by the Education Minister regarding Rationalization and its implementation and consolidation instead of expansion to ensure quality education. The session strongly urged the pay of SSA ,SSA third Teacher, RMSA Teachers, Masters, Head Masters working under plan system and Contractual employees of SSA whose pay is still withheld be released before Eid-ul-fitr and transfer policy be implemented on ReTs and the other issues like removal of pay anomaly, in charge system be resolved and urged the Honorable Education Minister to initiate such steps which will make the department more active and these issues be resolved on war footing, so that worries of teachers come to end and that would benefit the students. Ghulam Rasool Bhat, Mohammad Iqbal Beigh, G.M Bugammi, Sajad Hussain, Mohammad Isaaq Gania, Shabir Ahmad Bhat, Arslan Habib, Mohammad Afzal Bhat, Mohammad Ashraf wani, Harpal Singh Palli, Mohammad Ashraf Ahangar , M. Akbar Dar, M Asraf Wani, Ghulam Hassan Zargar,Bashir Ahmad Thokur,Ghulam Ahmad War,Maliq Javid, Dr. Abdul Gani, Mukhtar Ahmad Tantray, Tariq Ahmad lone,Javid Ahmad, Malq Fayaz, Zubair ahmad, Shabnum Taligami were present in the session. |
