| Diabetic camp concludes | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, June 28: One week Diabetic camp was organized by Aarogy Bharati in collaboration with BST Patanjali Yog simiti unit Kishtwar at historic Sarkoot Mandir, concluded here today.
A large number of Diabetic patients attended this camp under the supervision of chief organizer Chanderkant Sharma and yoga shiksha Prabhari Amarjeet Kotwal, associate yog teachers Joginder, Kishori Lal and Dalip ji assisted them.
Both male and female performers of yog Asanas and pranayam were benefited. The beginning and the concluding tests of the patients showed the difference which proved that the Madhu-Maie (Diabetic free) can be successfully controlled through yoga. A lot of suggestions and instructions with regard to food and hygiene were also given by the experts in the field of yoga.
On the last concluding day the Mahant of Gori Shankar Mandir Sarkoot Ram Sharan Dass Acharya also laid emphasis on the different pranayams and need to implement these in their own life and family. Seeing the curiosity of people of the area the Patanjali Yog simiti has decided to continue the camp for the betterment and health of the citizens. |
