JAMMU, July 16: Jammu and Kashmir Indian Style Wrestling Association has decided to organise one-day conference at Hotel Shree Palace Katra on July 19 to fix norms for holding dangals. The conference shall take place under the chairmanship of president of the Association, Shiv Kumar Sharma.
Shiv Kumar, who is also treasurer of the Indian Style Wrestling Association of India, informed that through this conference those invited wrestlers and technical officials shall be suggesting ways and means for smooth conduct of dangals in the state.
The meeting besides others was attended by Naresh Kumar (Pappu Lakri), Virender Badyal, Om Parkash Verma, Satish Kumar, Bittu Raina, Deepak Wazir, RS Manhas, Ajay Singh, Ghansara Singh, Lochan Singh, Sat Paul, Benia Min and Murli Dhar (Munna), a handout issued here today informed. |
