HC orders transfers, postings in Judiciary 8/6/2015 11:26:21 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 6: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court today In the full court meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar ordered transfers and postings of 13 judicial officers. According to the order issued by Registrar General Kaneez Fatima, that Rajesh Sekhri Principal District & Sessions Judge Ramban has been transferred and posted as Additional Sessions Judge Jammu against vacant post, Kalpana Revo District & Sessions Judge Leave Reserve has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Ramban. Meanwhile Shujat Ali Special Judge Anti-Corruption (CBI Cases) has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Ganderbal, Aijaz Ahmad Mir Principal Sessions Judge Ganderbal has been posted as Special Judge Anti-Corruption (CBI Cases), Rajni Sharma Forest Magistrate Srinagar has posted as Sub Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate,(13th FC) Udhampur, Bashir Ahmad Munshi SubJudge/Special Mobile Magistrate,(13th FC) has been transferred as Forest Magistrate Srinagar, Spalzes Angmo has been transferred and posted as CJM Leh whereas Fozia Paul Munsiff Chadoora has been transferred and posted as Munsiff/Addl Special Mobile Magistrate, Awantipora (13thFC). Other transferees included Feroz Ahmad Khan Munsiff/Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate, Awantipora (13th FC) has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Chadoora, Jahangir Ahmad Bakshi Munsiff/Addl Special Mobile Magistrate, Pahalgam(13th FC) has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Shopian, Mudasir Farooq Munsiff Aishmuqam will hold the additional Charge of Munsiff/Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate, Pahalgam(13th FC), Chemit Yurgyal Munsiff/Addl Special Mobile Magistrate, Batalik (13th FC) Darhal has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Zanskar and Tsewang Phuntsog Munsiff Sanku will look after the charge of Munsiff/Addl.
