Minor abducted, manhunt launched 8/7/2015 12:20:04 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 6: Police today launched a massive manhunt to apprehend abductor after receiving the complaint that a minor girl was allegedly kidnapped by her neighbor here in Rajiv Nagar in city outskirts. As per police reports, Narwal police received complaint from the father alleging therein that his minor daughter has been kidnapped by one Ravi Kumar son of Payara Lal of Rajiv Nagar.
